Grace Guo is head of the Civil Rights department at Lebedin Kofman, LLP, zealously advocating for factually innocent clients whose rights have been violated. From intake to the closing of the case, Ms. Guo passionately negotiates and litigates against federal agencies, State and City of New York, on behalf of her clients. She has extensive experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, obtaining successful results in both.
Ms. Guo attended University of Toronto for her undergraduate studies and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law. In law school, in her capacity of research assistant, she published 3 law review articles in the Fletcher Forum of World Affairs Law Journal and the Liberty University Law Review on a variety of topics. Ms. Guo was also awarded Trial Advocacy Excellence Award and placed third on Moot Court Competitions. Ms. Guo also clerked for the Honorable Justice Parker, where she earned to look at cases from a Judge's perspective; thus being able to write and advocate more effectively for her clients .
Ms. Guo continues to expand her legal expertise and has handled matters ranging from Family and Matrimonial, General Civil, to Criminal Defense.
