Arthur is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. He works with clients and the firm’s litigation team on matters involving arrests, investigations, DWI allegations, felony charges, federal proceedings, and civil rights claims arising from unlawful police conduct.
