24-year-old, Yamil Torres-Rincon, has been arraigned in Manhattan criminal court facing charges of criminal possession of a weapon, criminal sale of firearms, and criminal sale of a controlled substance. The following charges come after a months-long sting operation where Torres-Rincon has been accused of smuggling 25 guns into NYC and selling them to an undercover police officer”
